imeem is seeking a full-time talented and enthusiastic Technical Support candidate ready to take imeem to the next level. The ideal candidate will provide customer support to resolve issues with imeem's products including the website and software applications.
Successful candidates should have the following qualification/requirements :
- BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of work experience in a technical support position or experience in a customer facing QA position
- Excellent written communication skills, demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Functional knowledge of Windows Operating systems
- Functional knowledge of web browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari)
- Knowledge of MAC OS X
- Experience in QA methodologies
- Experience using RT: Request Tracker ticketing system or similar product
- Prior experience supporting complex client/server applications
- Programming experience
