Job Description: Develops new courses and/or conducts formal professional technical training for engineers and technicians in company and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) engineers. Determines course content and student learning objectives, prepares course syllabi, lesson plans, and student manuals. Evaluates training materials and procedures and makes or recommends revisions to keep courses up-to-date. Responds to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor's degree above majoring in engineering field like Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Physics or relevant. Additional qualifications include:
- Good communication and problem solving skills with good team spirit
- Fresh graduates but project and/or intern experience would be an added advantage
