Break.com is seeking a VP, Marketing and Brand Strategy to help continue to build our Brand into a premier entertainment property.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Break's overall brand, brand positioning, and brand strategy
- Responsible for driving new customer growth
- Responsible for identifying key strategic marketing partners
- Responsible for creation/management of all events
- Shares responsibility for continually improving existing customer retention, loyalty, frequency, and evangelism
- Liaison with PR and Break's PR agency
- Ensure the company adheres to branding guidelines and standards
Required Skills and Proficiency Levels
- BA/BS or equivalent. Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Journalism.
- 5+ years marketing experience, most of that online. Ideally, a marketing director with online marketing experience and brand-building skills.
- Experience in multiple marketing disciplines with a foundation in online marketing.
- Must be analytical and metrics-driven with an inspirational creative eye.
