The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory availability, pricing, and working closely with traffic managers to build well-balanced, attractive media plans for clients and agencies. This successful candidate should excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor campaign delivery and manage post-campaign reporting
- Field RFPs and return materials requested by clients accurately and on deadline
- Use ComScore MediaMetrix qualitative and web analytics to develop buy rationale for proposals and communications with advertisers
- Work with advertising marketing staff to produce well-designed and effective sales proposals in PowerPoint and pdf formats
- Effectively mate sponsorship opportunities and timing to media and custom media-based inventory in proposals
- Periodically attend agency and client meetings with salespeople and contribute to front-end selling
- Interface with advertising marketing team members to manage workflow through sales cycle pipeline
- 1-2 years experience in an advertising sales support or marketing support role for an entertainment-based digital property
- Successful candidate will be motivated to grow quickly, and have a strong interest in social and entertainment media
