Training Analyst at intel

Description
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting development and execution of Apac Business Operations organization and people development training roadmap for core competency (hard and soft skills), process and/or tools, new hire integration, refresher and sustaining training. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Providing training communication, logistics arrangement, information management and helping on analysis to identify and working on continuous improvements
  • Supporting integrated strategic organization change and training initiatives with Business Operation program implementations
  • Providing facilitation and logistics arrangement for new hire and sustaining training on Geo operations key business processes, programs and systems and/or tools
  • Supporting business process management of the key processes
  • Maintaining, sustaining and managing them through change control process
  • Helping APAC Business Operations in support of training initiatives and roadmaps for soft skill core competence and training on new program implementations

Qualifications
  • You should possess a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree with more than three years of experience in Training, Teaching, Instruction development or Organization Development (OD), Organization Effectiveness (OE), or Consulting. Additional qualifications include:
  • Strong skills in organizational training and development, project management and business process documentation
  • Demonstrated expertise in areas of critical organization effectiveness
  • Strategic approach to translating business needs into high-impact, realistic action plans
  • Solid negotiations, and proven relationship management skills
  • Strong facilitation skills with excellent verbal and written communications
  • Ability to present key messages to stakeholders and management
  • Ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organization, and virtual team environment
  • Ability to balance 'big picture' strategy with execution and management of details
  • Flexibility to make travel to other geographic locations
  • Experienced in managing cross-organizational, and networked teams on multiple projects across multiple sites would be an added advantage
