Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for Sales Reps and Clients for trafficking, reporting, and optimizing advertising campaigns
- Responsible for obtaining creative assets from Sales Reps, ensuring campaign meets specifications and submission requirements, and coordinating each stage of the ad testing, preparation, and scheduling process
- Traffic standard and advanced rich media ads including 3rd party tags, behavioral based targeted ads, and video ads
- Communicate available inventory to Sales Reps and keep track of start and end dates
- Responsible for understanding and managing client advertising campaign objectives, performance expectations, and metrics
- Troubleshoot creative when necessary
- Work closely with Sales and Business Operations to assist in the integration and measurement of integrated sponsorships and promotions (banners/text links/content integration, etc). This includes communicating with other departments and clients to make sure all program details are provided, completed and implemented on time
- Monitor delivery and provide optimization recommendations based on ad forecast reports. Present reports and recommendations to Sales and coordinate communication to Clients
- Work with Business Operations to consistently improve and implement Campaign management policies and procedures
- Participate in sales calls when necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 to 3 years experience in advertising operations preferably online
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office
- Working knowledge of an ad serving system
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and project management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be extremely detailed-oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Must be a team player with a can-do attitude.
