Key responsibilities:
Finance/Strategic Planning

• Work with department heads to maintain regular forecasting process
• Build and maintain financial models, reporting process, and executive presentations

Accounting

• Create and maintain internal financial processes/policies
• Manage AP/AR and monthly close processes, as well as vendor relations

Operations

• Work with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and content management initiatives
• Analyze operational performance and provide consistent metrics reporting

Qualification/requirements:

• College degree; CPA preferred
• 5-8 years experience in Finance/Accounting, including:
• Excellent in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; Proficient in Quickbooks
• Must have experience in online advertising or digital media distribution revenue models
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workload with high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision
• Highly organized and analytical thinker

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory availability, pricing, and working closely with traffic managers to build well-balanced, attractive media plans for clients and agencies. Key responsibilities:

• Monitor campaign delivery and manage post-campaign reporting
• Field RFPs and return materials requested by clients accurately and on deadline

The Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the capture and draft of use cases, functional/system specification, and test cases specific to our reporting and analytics tools. This position will work across functional groups (e.g. business development, finance, sales, and engineering).

This job requires someone who is highly detailed oriented, organized, analytical, and accountable with the ability to work in a very fast and unstructured environment wearing multiple hats.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform business & workflow analysis
• Research, gather, define, and document functional requirements and test cases specific to our reporting and analytics infrastructure
• Research, draft, and create operational procedures and best practices (e.g. process map, process documentation, etc.)
• Project manage and work with development on the implementation and deployment of our internal reporting and analytics infrastructure

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• BA/BS required
• Minimum 3+ years experience in management consulting (technology), Internet

• Investigate data inconsistencies, content exceptions, and quality issues
