Responsibilities:
- Utilize various reporting tools and systems to analyze and report claims data and related metrics.
- Make recommendations on process and performance improvement, based on findings.
- Perform as business intelligence analyst through analysis and retrieval of data from the claims system and integrating that information with appropriate administration systems to generate critical reports relating to inventory, cycle time, close claims processed volumes, quality and productivity metrics.
- Creates end-user databases to monitor and capture critical claim activities.
- Provide system testing and validation support to IT and Business Solutions group for various system enhancements
- Assists with analysis of business results through data analyzing. Use data to aide management in determining process improvement. Data gathered through reporting mechanisms as well as routine interaction with external departments.
- Generate Ad Hoc reports as dictated by compliance and state reporting requirements.
