Break.com is seeking a VP, Marketing and Brand Strategy to help continue to build our Brand into a premier entertainment property.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Break's overall brand, brand positioning, and brand strategy
  • Responsible for driving new customer growth
  • Responsible for identifying key strategic marketing partners
  • Responsible for creation/management of all events
  • Shares responsibility for continually improving existing customer retention, loyalty, frequency, and evangelism
  • Liaison with PR and Break's PR agency
  • Ensure the company adheres to branding guidelines and standards

Required Skills and Proficiency Levels
  • BA/BS or equivalent. Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Journalism.
  • 5+ years marketing experience, most of that online. Ideally, a marketing director with online marketing experience and brand-building skills.
  • Experience in multiple marketing disciplines with a foundation in online marketing.
  • Must be analytical and metrics-driven with an inspirational creative eye.
