Responsibilities include:
  • Support G&A Department
  • Answering phones; copying; faxing; filing; typing
  • Order department supplies as required
  • Maintaining calendar; book travel arrangements; coordinate meetings, process expense reports and vendor expenses
  • Support in the procedures of the daily operational and /fiscal policies

Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Internet; strong oral and written communications skills. Ability to deal courteously and effectively with staff and guest. Fluent English and Spanish.

  • 25 years experience in Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
  • Must demonstrate good judgment as well as good strong customer service orientation
  • A terrific work ethic accompanied by an everpositive, getitdone attitude
  • Must be able to multitask, work well under pressure
  • Able to work independently with minimum direction
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Able to deal with very confidential matters with tack
