Recruiting Coordinator at PIXAR

Location: Emeryville, CA

Job Description:

Summary of Position:
Perform administrative duties to support the Recruiting Department including receiving and tracking applicant material, updating and maintaining appropriate databases, and organizing interviews for candidates at Pixar.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with recruiters, interviewers (and their assistants) to schedule interviews as requested. Create and route interview schedules with resumes.
  • Communicate interview details to candidate, making certain s/he has all of the information necessary (detailed directions, advice on apparel, information about the logistics of the interviews, etc.)
  • Act as first and primary point of contact on day-of-interview for both the candidate and interviewers, professionally handing all scheduling changes and any other glitches that occur.
  • Make travel arrangements for candidates as necessary; process any candidate reimbursements for transportation to/from airport(s).
  • Post open positions on company and other websites as requested by recruiter(s).
  • Screen and route resumes that come in via the mail and respond to email and phone inquiries directed to the department accordingly.
  • Perform data entry, track resumes and maintain the resume database.
  • Assist with the maintenance of department files and create and maintain reports.
  • Handle special projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years administrative experience; experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on recruiting/employment preferred.
  • Macintosh proficiency preferred, including FileMaker Pro, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, writing, and customer service skills
  • Strong follow up skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude and ability to be flexible in Pixar¿s non-static environment
