Account Manager at Freewebs

Freewebs is on the cutting edge of digital marketing and as an Account Manager you will be working with the world’s leading digital ad agencies and top brands. You will provide critical in-house support for an extremely fast-paced online sales force through management of the production, trafficking, optimization and billing of all online advertising accounts on Freewebs.com. A keen interest in interactive marketing techniques and comprehensive understanding of internet technologies is required. This client-facing position is responsible for managing all account activities and guides projects through the organization to deliver superlative client service and added value at every stage.

Responsibilities
  • Liaison and main point of contact between advertisers, sales, partner marketing, accounting, design, production, and other departments within Freewebs.com to ensure that all client needs are met.
  • Traffic various types of ad products and technologies, ensuring that both client & Freewebs.com specifications are met.
  • Meet all contractual requirements, including deadlines, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Secure and enforce timelines for all aspects of campaigns, including start dates, creative, and revision deadlines.
  • Work with clients to gather the design requirements for their online media campaigns. Work with in-house designers to make sure that those requirements are met. Work with outside vendors to ensure ad creative meets Freewebs specifications.
  • Analyze client reports through the duration of the campaign and provide recommendations to sales representatives and client for optimization.
  • Implement business reviews given at predetermined, appropriate times for clients/campaigns and address preset metrics for success.
  • Continue to create new, unique advertising opportunities, while maintaining ad product standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and sales.
  • Actively work towards retaining client base.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Exceptional time management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills a must.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, priority, and ability to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Experience with a variety of Windows applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Fully capable of juggling multiple clients, sales representatives, campaigns, and products simultaneously and have the ability to accommodate and reprioritize new requests in dynamic environment.
  • Experience with DoubleClick or similar ad server preferred.
  • Agency experience a must including significant experience in client-facing positions at traditional and/or interactive agencies.
  • Media and/or Marketing background a plus.
  • Must be a team player and have a sense of humor.
