The Finance Manager will be a key contributor to imeem's finance, accounting, and operations. This successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, solve problems with a big-picture and hands-on approach, and excel in dynamic workload prioritization. The ideal candidate will report to the VP of Finance on the responsibilities below.
Key responsibilities:
Finance/Strategic Planning
- Work with department heads to maintain regular forecasting process
- Build and maintain financial models, reporting process, and executive presentations
- Create and maintain internal financial processes/policies
- Manage AP/AR and monthly close processes, as well as vendor relations
- Work with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and content management initiatives
- Analyze operational performance and provide consistent metrics reporting
- College degree; CPA preferred
- 5-8 years experience in Finance/Accounting, including:
- Excellent in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; Proficient in Quickbooks
- Must have experience in online advertising or digital media distribution revenue models
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workload with high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision
- Highly organized and analytical thinker
