- Familiarity with object oriented analysis and design and have worked on systems developed in Java J2EE, .NET and C++
- Experience in writing use cases, defining acceptance tests, following requirements through to production and training developers in business issues
- Exposure to modelling tools and languages such as Visio, Rose, UML and ERD
- Participated in full lifecycle development on large projects (more than 15 people. Longer than 6 months)
- Ideally worked on a programme using Agile methods and writing story cards
- Exceptional communication and people skills, especially listening skills
- Worked very closely with developers to deliver systems
