The role: Advertising Programs Manager, Google Brand Accelerator - San Bruno, Chicago, or New York

Google is looking for a Manager to develop Media Plans, Programs and Packages.

The Advertising Programs Manager is responsible for proactively developing advertising sales programs against key audience segments, educating the sales team on programs and opportunities, packaging premium content and sponsorship programs, proactively marketing programs to the sales to assist in sell-through and working with sales to assemble engaging programs in response to RFP requests.
Responsibilities:

Build and lead a team of creatively minded media specialists in the development of innovative marketing programs.
Manage team strategy identifying key opportunities to drive revenue and satisfy the needs of Google clients.
Build strong relationships with Google product team leads to provide and build innovative integrated solutions.
Create and manage external vendor relationships to support program development.

Requirements:

Strong media background and understanding of how to build compelling media & sponsorship programs.
8 - 10 years of experience in media and marketing at an ad agency or media company.
Experience leading and managing media teams and strategic media initiatives.
Ability to work well with metrics, numbers, and trends.
Strong academic performance preferred.
