We are seeking experienced Web Designers/Developers to design and maintain Maplecroft’s web presence and to create bespoke sites for our customers.
Skills and experience
Essential:
- Thorough knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Ability to translate concept and visual design into high quality web pages
- Site design, taking into account usability and navigational flow
- Matching the branding and design of an existing site
- Awareness of accessibility standards and browser compatibility issues
- Experience of working with page templates
- Close attention to detail, including spelling and proof-reading
- Able to work to deadlines and to estimate accurately
- JavaScript, AJAX
- Creating graphics for the Web, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite
- Flash/Flex, Actionscript
