Fantastic startup seeks C#/Java developers to work on their flagship product. The right candidate must be an exceptional Software engineer who will thrive on working as part of a talented and highly agile engineering team. This person will join as a strong individual contributor with much personal responsibility for projects and tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in software design discussions
• Must be comfortable with taking ideas from high-level description to prototype to final specification, seeking feedback from others, and then implementing those features
• Specific duties includes performing analyses, software design, code, troubleshooting, and unit testing
• Writing code that is both functional and elegant
• Low to moderate scope of projects is expected
• Must be comfortable with helping to set own goals and carrying through to their completion
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of development experience
• MS/BS in Computer Science or related background preferred
• Experience with N-tier application development
• Successful multi-tasker, as well as a self starter who is able to work well with others and can adapt to changes quickly in a high pressure startup environment
• Very familiar with general application development
• Generalist with a passion to learn
• Excellent technical communication, both written and verbal
