Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic discussions with YouTube management, including its Co-Founders and Head of Advertising Sales, to develop financial models that support YouTube initiatives and/or analytical decisions.
- Act as a liaison between Finance and the Product/Sales/Ops teams at YouTube, assisting with issues related to deal / partnership modeling, accounting, analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate budgeting and planning processes with Google’s core Finance teams.
- Compile and track operating metrics and trends.
- Partner with the YouTube Ads Finance Lead to prepare weekly, quarterly and annual reports by collecting, analyzing and reporting results.
- Assist in the development of sales/ops compensation plans.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree.
- Superior track record of academic performance.
- 2-4 years financial analysis experience from a leading investment bank.
- Top-of-the-class financial modeling, formatting and presentation processing experience.
- Understanding of strategic and competitive issues in the distribution and monetization of online media and entertainment services.
- Team player with a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.
- Organized, detail-oriented and thorough.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
