Software Developer at heysan!

You will be instrumental in designing, building and maintaining the core heysan services as we grow and expand across the globe. You will have had experience working with linux, sun's jvm, apache's commons utilities and web services. We're not asking for a run of the mill "Objects are life" type developer - we want a fresh approach oozing agility and ready to build a great and robust platform.

Responsibilities:
Design, implementation and Maintenance of java applications and web services

Requirements:

• 2-5 years java experience, pref writing web based applications
• knowledge of multi-threaded programming
• Previous use of web sevices
• Sound SQL Knowledge

Desirables:

• Experience of the Spring framework (don't worry - its easy to learn!)
• Flexibility with scope creep
• Experience with Linux as a server platform
• Experience with jabber/xmpp protocol

Availability: Full-time
Location: San Francisco (We'll help you move here if you live elsewhere)
