You must be comfortable with web design, preferably having a good deal of experience designing standards based sites utilizing css/html. The candidate will be uniquely creative, intelligent, have strong typography and graphic design skills, and be able to produce effective and compelling design for all elements of a creative solution.
You must have designed complex web interfaces and be comfortable in assuming a major role on design projects. The candidate is expected to be well versed in web technologies with the ability to design dynamic and forward thinking websites. You will be expected to assist in the maintenance of existing websites after delivery.
You will work with a creative interactive team consisting of developers and design talent, and must be comfortable working as a team player. Imagination is encouraged, and there will be plenty of opportunity to push your design skills to the limits with unique client projects as well as internal application interface designs.

- Able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Able to design in Illustrator and Photoshop and provide development team with clean files for conversion to css/xhtml

Skills:
- Flexible design style to accommodate a variety of client needs
- Excellent Interactive Design skills required
- Flash design and animation skills preferred
- Solid Print experience beneficial
Have solid knowledge of creative tools:
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Image Ready, Fireworks, and Macromedia Flash
