Program Producer, Google Brand Accelerator - San Bruno

The role: Program Producer, Google Brand Accelerator - San Bruno

The Program Producer will work closely with the Product Marketing Managers, the corporate marketing group, sales, and product teams support to create large scale advertising programs. He/she will develop and manage detailed project plans, budget and calendar from start to finish. Program producers will assist with all program production and logistics from development of content, promotions, presentations, graphics/multimedia and other program-related marketing materials. They will interact with vendors, customers/partners and a wide range of functional groups within YouTube and Google on scalable custom projects and communicate their status on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for driving plans through to implementation and completion.
  • Analyze programs for effectiveness and conduct post-program reporting and ROI analysis. Develop in-depth case studies.
  • Move quickly from one phase of a project to another with a commitment to highest possible quality standards across all disciplines.
  • Demonstrate a technical ability to work with scheduling software and all project management software.
  • Identify new program marketing opportunities based on customer needs, industry trends and competitive research.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in market research, marketing, psychology, communications, statistics or other related field. Design and creative background a plus. MBA perferred.
  • 4 + years experience in interactive project management, product marketing, direct marketing, marketing program management, or consulting.
  • Strong background in web site and web application development including previous experience working closely with product managers and design teams.
  • Ability to work well with metrics, numbers, and trends.
  • Strong oral, writing and editing skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong project management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
