Position: Manager, Human Resources
Location: San Francisco, CA

We are expanding our team, and we’re looking for an exceptional Director of Human Resources in a fast growing Company. You will become part of a fast-paced and motivated team that is building new and exciting online consumer services.

The HR Director will provide progressive HR support to the organization. The ideal candidate will provide thought leadership in guiding, developing and implementing HR initiatives. The HR Director should be available to assist all employees regarding benefit and payroll administration, assist the hiring managers with the recruitment process, drive the employee review and feedback process, and plan towards developing a high performance organization. This position will report directly to the CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, refine, and manage sustainable HR infrastructure to support organizational effectiveness and alignment with the Company’s overall direction.
  • Work with the management team to continually evaluate and develop all employees through career planning, mentoring programs, and skill building.
  • Manage core Performance Management and feedback processes. Develop manager capability on employing these processes and obtaining best in class results.
  • Design job classifications, set job levels, and execute strategies to attract the right talent
  • Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on HR related issues.
  • Collaborate with functional management to drive workforce planning and recruiting initiatives
  • Establish timetables and follow through for employee reviews, feedback, and compensation changes
  • Deal with immigration, visa sponsorships ect.

Requirements:
  • BS/BA; MS/MBA a plus.
  • 4+ years HR experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to maneuver, refine, and present data, analysis, trends, and reports;
