Environment:
A Cape Town based company requires an Ajax Developer to help develop our community portal and widget style components for our publishing tool.
Requirements:
- Skills in JavaScript and CSS.
- The architectural depth to build an MVC framework in JavaScript.
- Demonstrable experience in AJAX and DHTML, including the following: XML, XSLT, JavaScript, XHTML and CSS. Bonus points for OO experience, PHP, SVG, Java/J2EE or Smarty Templates.
- The stubbornness of a perfectionist: it must be beautiful.
- The curiosity to innovate: we want to try things that haven’t been done before.
- The eye of an art critic.
- A “Get things done” attitude - we’re in start-up mode, so every team member is jumping in and doing whatever needs to be done to build the worlds best online publishing tool.
