- 2+ years of development experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript/AJAX
- Experience with XHTML, XML, CSS, DOM
- BS/MS or appropriate experience
- Desire to meet your potential as a designer, developer, manager and person
- Experience with the YUI library, Scriptaculous, etc.
- PHP / LAMP Development Experience. PHP5 Preferred
- Experience developing community based web sites
