Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a Tech Support Technician with at least 1 year of experience to accomplish the following tasks:
- Answer support emails and forums.
- Debug customer issues to determine software defects.
- Coordinate with QA and Dev to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage time and task to ensure customers timely response to customers.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates must have:
- 1+ years experience in Customer Support or Customer Care of a technology based company.
- SQL experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment and problem analysis skills
- Drive, determination, and ethics to work hard in a startup environment.
