Responsibilities:
  • As a Senior Leader in the Global Services Delivery team at Akamai Technologies, you’ll be responsible for leading the post sale business support and services team for the world’s most demanding online customers.
  • You’ll develop and implement strategies to scale the support organization to handle a rapidly expanding global customer base.
  • You’ll be responsible for optimizing operations while maintaining and improving the industry leading support experience.
  • As a voice of the customer, you will influence the way services are developed to improve customer experience, and drive quality for our customers.
  • You’ll be establishing relationships with the leadership at some top customers – to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field with 5+ years experience managing a global post-sales support team
  • Extensive expertise in supporting enterprise customers in a global service environment
  • Expertise in working with Media & Entertainment customers a must
  • Experience in expanding customer support services in India preferred
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of internet and internet technologies
