Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Unix Solaris Generalist to join a team of IT experts working on a global project for out customer, an international bank based in Zürich. The successful candidate will need excellent knowledge of Shell scripting (ideally korn / bourne shell), and the solaris package (version 8 onwards) and knowledge of pkg commands. You need to speak fluent English, knowledge of German would be nice to have but is not mandatory. Stamford specialise in IT, banking, and pharmaceutical recruitment. With clients based in the German speaking areas of Switzerland, Stamford offers relocation support, advice on living and working in such a beautiful country, including financial and permit issues. Stamford will support you for the duration of your stay in Switzerland, from their local offices.
