Main Tasks:

• Be the business point of contact for Marketing & Sales applications.

• Co-ordinate code review based on development best practices and standard.

• Analyse root cause of repetitive incidents and propose an action plan for improvement to the management.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Siebel Applications customization
• Custom reports
• Datawarehouse interfaces

• Skills on ISO standards
• ITIL guidelines.

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or Business Administration.
• Experience in software analysis or development and Siebel implementation

Languages:

Role & responsibilities:

• Analyzing source systems and creating mappings to the target database schema
• Optimizing ETL performance
• Identifying and managing data quality issues
• Prepare key project documents and technical specifications
• Provide mentoring to other developers
• Working with project teams to plan, design, develop, test, and implement solutions and/or enhancements to existing systems to meet current and future needs
• Collaborate with other teams involved in the ETL projects, such as Business Systems Analysts, architects, DBAs and testers.

Requirements:

• In depth experience with data analysis, modeling and design specific to a data warehouse / Business Intelligence environment

• Good understanding of overall data warehouse design principles and best practices

We are currently looking for a Unix Solaris Generalist to join a team of IT experts working on a global project for out customer, an international bank based in Zürich. The successful candidate will need excellent knowledge of Shell scripting (ideally korn / bourne shell), and the solaris package (version 8 onwards) and knowledge of pkg commands.
