C# Developer at DataFin Recruitment

Location: South Africa

Environment:

This Cape Town based IT company based in the CBD requires a C# developer with a 3 year degree or diploma and at least 3 years C# experience as well as at least 2 years SQL experience.

Duties:

• Responsible for developing scalable real-time services and concurrent applications in the C# language.
• Implement new software and changes according to the accepted technical specifications.
• Test new systems and system changes to ensure it is according to technical specifications.
• Be able to document all work done.

Requirements:

• Technical degree or background – 3 year BSc, National Diploma in Computer Science required
• 3+ years C# experience
• At least 2 years SQL experience (including PL/SQL)
• .NET reflection
• Concurrent programming experience
• Understanding of ADO.NET
• Knowledge of transaction based systems and real-time systems advantageous
• Telecommunication and/or Medical Aid industry experience advantageous
