- B.Sc. in computer science or software engineering (M.Sc. An advantage).
- Previous experience working as architect or in development managerial role
- 5 years of experience with designing software systems
- Experience in OO software development and OO design
- Experience in C++ development or other OO languages. Hands on capabilities.
- Experience in multi tier development of web platforms and GUI (J2EE, web services, .Net).
- Experience in design and implementation of highly scalable platforms (number of machines, users, traffic and data) - an advantage.
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Ability to lead processes
- Ability to lead software teams
