The role of the Global Law Enforcement Operations (GLEO) Investigator is to research, analyze and compile responses to lawful requests from various Law Enforcement Agencies around the globe. GLEO fulfills a compliance role as part of the Legal Team and works closely with other departments.
Responsibilities and Targets
- Ensuring proper service levels for law enforcement record requests
- Providing feedback to management on any foreseen increases in work volume
- Organising and optimising of workflows and processes – continual improvement
- Assisting in best practice sharing and procedures for global law enforcement investigations
- Providing insight to management on all aspects of Internet crime investigations
- Develop/maintain relationships with other eBay, Inc. business units
- Demonstrate a naturally high level of integrity
- Possess a basic understanding of data privacy and protection requirements
- Demonstrate an ability to work under pressure while maintaining the quality of work produced and positive interactions with both external and internal customers.
- Have strong time management capabilities
- Solid experience working as a part of a team to accomplish common objectives
- Possess excellent English oral and written communication skills
