Production Manager at ARCHIVE

The Internet Archive is a non-profit organization 501(C)(3) seeking to provide universal access to all knowledge. It is an online digital library; our collections include audio, video, texts, web sites and software. Internet Archive works together with organizations like Creative Commons and EFF to preserve and expand the public domain, the open source movement and the commons in general.

We are looking for a Production Manager who is patient, conscientious and detail oriented. Be a team leader who has demonstrated he/she can build, train and motivate a team of up to 25 hourly workers over two shifts. A second shift lead will report to this position.

Knowledge of computers, excel spreadsheets and web search skills a must. Experience with digital photography, image files, books or libraries a plus. Must have previous supervisory experience.
