Requirements and responsiilities:

• Experience in OO Programming
• MXML and AS3 experience (the more the better)
• CF, .NET, PHP, JAVA, or Ruby experience
• Maybe some design skills (Certainly not required, but never hurts)

• Knowledge of MS SQL and/or MySQL

Job Description:
We are looking for ColdFusion Developers! Are you a ColdFusion developer with some knowledge of or an interest in learning Flex / Ajax? Do you have a passion for learning and innovation? We just might be the company you have been looking for.

You need to be an expert in:
Cold Fusion/CF/ColdFusion MX (MX 6-7)
Solid Popular CF frameworks, CF Components or cfcs, Web-Service, Javascript, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience developing dynamic database-driven web applications
• Solid understanding of development methodologies & all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written form; systems design and architecture documents, functional specifications documents, etc.
• Demonstration of a professional demeanor with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and project skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Comfortable collaborating with other developers on project teams
• Comfortable with Unix / Linux command-line environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major desired
• Proficiency with Blue Dragon/BlueDragon, Java, PHP/LAMP, HTML, XML, DHTML, CSS, ASP.net or other emerging web tools is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Act as technical lead on client projects
• Implement all technical aspects of projects: technical design, development, deployment & project documentation, product maintenance
• Communicate project requirements, risks, and assumptions to project team and client
• Work with rest of project team to design and build effective and creative solutions for clients within project constraints
• Provide reasonable time estimates (LOE) to project managers
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
• Develop internal products/solutions
• Train clients on deployed solutions
